      Click the labels of instanceType/preference does not open the search list correctly

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Visit Instancetypes page
2. Select one Instancetype
3. Click the label on the details tab

      Actual results:

      It opens the user provided tab

      Expected results:

      It opens a search list which matches the label
