Appplicaiton Resource Quotas (ARQs) are an advanced topic which will require a dedicated section in our documentation. Strictly speaking, this might not fall under the Virtualization section of documentation, but we're still the SMEs who should write it.

This will require a brief explanation of how ARQ differs from traditional quota, and example configuration of how the CR can be used.
