      Description of problem:

Currently, with VirtualResources allocation methods ARQ shows the max between `Guest` and `Request` when memory overcommitment used

For the vmi related pod we should calculate the virtual resources instead of pod usage.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.15

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. set `memoryOvercommit=50`
      2. create and run VM with memory.guest=1.5Gi
      3.

      Actual results:

      ARQ shows the POD usage:
       requests.memory: 3Gi

      Expected results:

ARQ should show the Virtual Resource usage: 1.5Gi

      Additional info:

      ARQ is Application Resource Quota
