Description of problem:
If a LoadBalancer service for ssh is still pending, a user has no GUI indication, they only see a false text `ssh fedora@undefined -p 22000`, and it will take about 1~2 mins for service bound. There should probably be a warning triangle that the service is not bound yet.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Virtual Machine 2. Set LoadBalancer service for ssh for VM configuration via GUI. 3. LoadBalancer service is still pending, they only see a false text `ssh fedora@undefined -p 22000` 4. for bound service, it will take 1~2 mins
Actual results:
for bound service, it will take 1~2 mins, a user has no GUI indication, they only see a false text `ssh fedora@undefined -p 22000`
Expected results:
If LoadBalancer service is still pending, as the user, we would like to see the GUI indication.
