      Description of problem:

      Better to show the disk size with Ti in UI when create VM with disk more than 1Ti

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV-4.16

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login console
2. Create VM with template
3. Choose a template and then click customize Virtual Machine
4. Go to Disk tab and then change the size to 1Ti and then save 
5. Change to 3Ti and save

      Actual results:

      4. size is 1099511627776 when we set to 1Ti
5. size is 32985348833280 when set to 30Ti

      Expected results:

      Better to show the size with Ti which t is more friendly to user
