Cannot change Boot mode from "BIOS" to "UEFI (Secure)"

      Description of problem:

      Create a Windows 10 VM, check its boot mode is "BIOS", then go to configuration tab and change the boot mode to "UEFI (Secure)", it failed due to ssm is not enabled in the VM.

      1. Create a windows 10 VM
      2. The boot mode is BIOS
      3. Change the boot mode to  "UEFI (Secure)"
      

      Actual results:

      it failed to change the boot mode to  "UEFI (Secure)"
      

      Expected results:

      it changes the boot mode to "UEFI (Secure)"
