      Description of problem:

Suggestion to improve the feature about "Auto-compute CPU limits":
      1. change "Project" to "Namespace" because it cannot add label to project, and it get user confused as they will fail to add label to project by following the text.
      2. add labels and save, it seems nothing is happening, suggest to show a list of matching namespaces after save.
      3. add the label "cpu.autocompute.kubevirt.io=true" to a namespace and open the modal, it should be listed there by default
