      Description of problem:

      Click the doc link of feature "Enable CPU limit".
Ref:  "CPU limits" is used everywhere in https://kubevirt.io/user-guide/virtual_machines/resources_requests_and_limits/.
So suggest to change the string "CPU limit" to "CPU limits" on UI.
