      CPaaS mandatory update for products using ETT before 13 March 2024.
      CPaaS v9.18.0 is now available, which contains updates for using the new ETT (EAP Tracking Tool) server. The existing ETT server will be shut down on March 13th. Any CPaaS products using ETT will need to update to the v9.18.0 release of CPaaS before March 13th or their ETT build pipelines will fail
