"Open web console" does not open the standalone console

      Description of problem:

      "Open web console" does not open the standalone console.
The issue only happens in 4.15, not in 4.14 and 4.16

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM
2. In the overview tab of the VM, click "Open web console" when the console is connected in the page
3.

      Actual results:

      It opens the same page like the current page, not the standalone console
