      Description of problem:

      When adding Activation Key to the CNV Cluster settings for 'Automatic subscription of RHEL VirtualMachines', the link to "Read more" is 404.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce: In OCP console UI

      1. Virtualization -> Overview -> Settings 
2. Clusters -> Automatic subscription of new RHEL VirtualMachines
3. Click on the `?` next to Activation key
4. Click on "Read more"

      Actual results:

      URL https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_insights/1-latest/html/remote_host_configuration_and_management/activation-keys is 404
