KubeVirt test lane should finish in under than 3 hours

Means to achieve this:

• We can stop adding, or
• convert a lot to unit tests, or
• split to shorter lanes running in parallel, or
• all of the above

• As a KubeVirt developer who posted a PR with no errors, I want want to receive formal CI approval with 3 hours.
