The VM/VMI is not deleted when deleting storage checkup if the checkup is failed

CNV-v4.15.0.rhel9-2585

Always

1. Access the console 
2. Click Virtualization -> Checkups 
3. Run storage checkup (set timeout to 1min to make the checkup failed)
4. Delete the checkup  and check the pod in the namespace

$ oc get pod
NAME                                                         READY   STATUS    RESTARTS   AGE
virt-launcher-vmi-under-test-wtk6p-892wp                     1/1     Running   0          33m

The VM/VMI should be deleted once the checkup is deleted

1. when the checkup is succeed, the vm/vmi will be deleted once the checkup completed.

2. The issue only happened when the storage checkup is failed
