inferFromVolume is now GA downstream

• As a VM user I want the `inferFromVolume` feature to be supported when using containerDisks.
• As a cluster user I want default instance type and preference labels to be added to a DataVolume (and the destination DataSource and/or PVC) from the containerdisk source used during creation of the DataVolume.
