Better to have delete confirmation page when deleting the checkups

Always

1. Access the console
2. Click Virtualization -> Checkups 
3. Run checkup
4. Delete the checkup

After click delete button, no response. it is not easy to know whether the checkup is deleted or not. and user have to refresh the page, then can see the checkup is already deleted.

Better to have delete confirmation page when deleting the checkups, and after deleting, the page refresh can be auto trigger.

when deleting other resource, such as VM, we can get a delete confirmation windows that inform user like "Are you sure to delete the VM ..."
