During the storage migration and hotplug discussions it has come up that a better way manage VM disks (and operations associated with them) is to use a new CR to encapsulate a richer API and provide a more natural declarative workflow. Start a design doc that outlines the rationale and potential API for this object and post a PR to the kubevirt community repo.
