      Goal

      Allow users to connect to connect to the secondary OVN Kubernetes network from an arbitrary MAC.

      This is mainly a tracker for docs and possibly testing. The backend work will be tracked in a CORENET epic.

        I have multiple network endpoints nested within my VM, connected to the secondary network through a bridge.
