Provide a KCS article that describes the problem of stuck snapshots. We should be clear under which circumstances the issue can occur. Does it happen with the normal UI-driven provisioning flows or only with VMSnapshot operations? We should identify how to check if you are affected and what manual intervention must be taken to resolve the issue.
