Goal

libvirt team is working on a tool called virt-lint that is designed to evaluate and report errors a VM definition might currently have. This epic is about integrating that tool into KubeVirt so that users will automatically benefit from any "lint" checks it can flag.

User Stories

• As a developer I'd like to integrate a lower level library to automatically diagnose and report problems to users so that I can simplify checking.
• As a workload owner, I'd like to have issues with my VM automatically reported so that I know what to correct.

Non-Requirements

• List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.
