If a vm is live migrated and then we run must gather with vm details it will collect the same files for every virt-launcher pod which results in multiple empty and duplicate files in must gather.

With 4.14.3 cluster the migration works and the collection of the file is good without any duplicate or missing files.

With 4.15 the migration works but it collects from all the completed virt-launchers which cause in duplicate and empty files.

With 4.16 the migration is not working well, it stuck in the process and make the tests that  need to migrate to fail.
