Since the TYPE is a derivative of the NAD, is there any point in exposing it as an option?

A user used to be able to select a NAD which is SRIOV, and in the type select the Bridge option, but this was resolved with CNV-31299, so now the NAD selection is forcing the Type selection, so the type list will always be with one item.
