Goal

In order to report the VM migrations progress in a reliable way we would like to have a way to report events during the migration run that report its progress.
Currently we collect the Libvirt metrics that don't provide us with the accuracy that we require. See bug https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-35287 

In this epic we would like to add the support for Prometheus Pushgatheway.
