It jumps to "Status conditions" when visit "Guest system access log" by the first time tab under diagnostics

      Description of problem:

      Under VM diagnostics tab, try to visit "Guest system access log", the page jumps to the first tab "Status conditions", try again and it seems work.

      1. Create a VM with guest log option enabled
2. Try to visit the tab "Guest system access log" tab under diagnostics
3.

      Actual results:

      The page jumps to the tab "Status conditions" above
It seems happens at the first time

      Expected results:

      The page stay where it is
