Description of problem:
When MetalLB is installed on the cluster all VMs have the option to set SSH over LB, regardless of the LB enablement in the Cluster settings.
In this case, it can still be set in the VM level event if this is disabled in the Settings page.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install MetalLB in the cluster
2. Disable SSH over LB in the Settings
3. Go to the VM and see it's still enabled

If Metal LB is installed users should not be disable the SSH over LB in the Settings page
