      Description of problem:

      some records are missing the ebs_account label, and it's failing the weekly report.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      50% since not in all times there are records with missing values

      Actual results:

      the report can't handle a record with missing ebs_account label

      Expected results:

      the report can handle a record with missing ebs_account label and insert `Unknown` string instead.
