https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/virt/vm_networking/virt-connecting-vm-to-ovn-secondary-network.html should be extended documenting the support for OVN Kubernetes IPAM. This new feature can be opted-into on NetworkAttachmentDefinition. User would specific a subnet from which all VMs connected to this NAD should get their dynamically allocated IP. This IP is reserved during the whole lifetime of given VM, even while it's shut down.

Reference to upstream and OCP doc coverage of this feature will be provided once available.

Please also add a note that Hot plugging and Hot unplug are not supported yet for interfaces that use this new feature.
