Goal

This epic is about the productization needed to support ACPI SLIC tables. This includes documentation and testing. This feature is needed as a means to programmatically provide windows activation keys to guests.

User Stories

• As a VM Owner, I want specify the Windows Activation key on my VM, so that the Windows guest will be activated upon boot
• As a cluster-admin, I want to specify the Windows Activation license once, and have all new Windows VMs activated by it, similarly to what I do with RHEL subscription (CNV-20459).
