When creating a VM from a template, only the rhel*-server-small are shown as available templates.
I (and the customer) have a custom template and even if they are shown in the "Templates" section, they cannot be used when creating a VM from a template "No template found"

Always with anything different from a rhel*-server-small template

1. Create a custom RHEL template
2. Create a VM from template
3. The custom template is not found

In addition to this, any other template (rhel*-desktop-* or rhel*-server-[medium|large] are not shown, there should be some mess up in filtering labels.

It's not the first time that it happens, this is something that can impact reliabilty of the product.
