Task scope

• Update web console assembly
• Create new module for cluster checkup framework assembly

Note: Eventually other tests, such as DPDK checkup, will be exposed in the UI. In the future, we might need to create level 2 headers for the checkups and include the modules with level 3 headers (UI, CLI).
