Datasource reports ready even the PVC is in pending,
Which impacts the UI a lot, the source is presening "ready" but the VM created from UI is not stucking at provisioning because of the actual PVC is in pending

1. the cluster is just deployed
2. change the default storageclass to "ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rbd-virtualization"
3. delete the existing PVC via "oc delete pvc -n openshift-virtualization-os-images --all"
