      Description of problem:

      Following discussion on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-34725, HCO should not override user added labels on any of the managed resources.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.15.0

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Add user label to any of the managed resource as shown in hco.status.relatedObjects
2. It gets reconciled
3. This also reflects on kubevirt_hco_out_of_band_modifications_total value for the component.

      Actual results:

      User label value gets overwritten and the associated kubevirt_hco_out_of_band_modifications_total value is incremented

      Expected results:

      User added labels should be left as it is and it should not have any impact on kubevirt_hco_out_of_band_modifications_total
