Instancetypes and preferences are going to GA in cnv 4.15. The CNV HANA and SAP templates should replace the former template based approach with the instancetypes based ones.

User Stories

As a VM owner, I want to create my VM using instancetypes and preferences, so that my VM definition is lean and easy to maintain.

Is ~~CNV-35435~~ a blocker?
- Even SAP VMs are pet VMs, hotplug might be no requirement.
Is the cpu and mem config configurable on VM level?
