A new PR was opened to investigate usage of google/go-containerregistry (~~CNV-34463~~). In order to complete it, a few more things are needed:

Disk image should be copied to /disk directory
Set 107 qemu user
Ensure ContainerDisk was built and pushed
Ensure new ContainerDisk works in a new deployed VM
Use Cobra CLI instead of os.Args to handle arguments
