Today we have two options for publishing the hosted control plane endpoints for kubevirt platform guest clusters, Ingress and NodePort.

Ingress = LB for api server and routes for all other servers

When people use Ingress, it requires a loadbalancer to be installed, but that shouldn't necessarily be required. It should be possible to serve the api server traffic over a route as well using a similar trick to how our basedomain wildcard *apps dns works.

NOTE: once the initial investigation is done and we know what to do, this should be splitted into  spike + implementation
