      The developer sandbox runs on aws with a specific configuration.

      Perf/Scale needs to run tests on a test environment that mirrors this setup.

      install-config:
      https://github.com/codeready-toolchain/toolchain-e2e/blob/master/setup/README.adoc

      The only change to this env from the above config is that we will utilize m5.metal workers.

      Would like to be able to deploy this environment via Jenkins.

      Requirements:
      OCP 4.14.1
      Control-plane: m5.8xlarge (x3)
      Bare-metal workers: m5.metal (x3)
      EBS gp2/gp2-csi/gp3-csi storage only
