Have a VM either in running or stopped, add a NIC and then delete it, the NIC is still there until restart/start.
If the VM is running, deleting the NIC, the NIC is showing in the network list but removed from the YAML.
If the VM is stopped, deleting the NIC, the NIC is showing in the network list and also in the YAML.
