We see in cnv.engineering that the log "Unable to establish connection to virt-handler" can sometimes take time to resolve.
We need to consider if we should alert about this issue after a while, in case we don;t have an alert for it yet.

To see the logs in cnv.engineering go to the Observe->Logs and run query:

 { log_type="infrastructure", kubernetes_namespace_name="openshift-cnv" } |= `Unable to establish connection to virt-handler` | json | level=~"error|err|eror"

Note: You need to select "infrastructure" in the filters.
