Add live migration failure test at ovn-k e2e tests

      There were a bug and fix related to ovn-k breaking connectivity after live migration failed, we should now add some e2e test to be sure we don't break it again.

      This can be included at the ovn-k upstream e2e kubevir tests.

       

      To force live migration failure the VMI can be annotated with 

      kubevirt.io/func-test-virt-launcher-fail-fast=true
