      Description of problem:

When more then one NIC is hot-plugged into running VM, the "Pending changes" warning appears: "The following areas have pending changes that will be applied when this VirtualMachine is live migrated or restarted". But after live migration the warning stays, and the added NIC stays with "Pending" label.

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create NAD
      2. Navigate to Virtualization -> Overview -> Settings - Preview features
      3. Check "Enable bridged network interface hot plug"
      4. Navigate to VirtualMachines
      5. Create example VM from YAML
      6. Navigate to Configuration -> Network Interfaces
      7. Add Network interface, "Pending changes" warning appears, as well as "Pending" label on added NIC
      8. Migrate the VM

      Actual results:

"Pending changes" warning and "Pending" label stay

      Expected results:

"Pending changes" warning and "Pending" label dissapear

      Additional info:

If the VM is restarted, the warning and the label are gone.
Attached video only shows steps 6-8.
