Re-enable virtiofsd annotations for Kata

      Description of problem:

      virtiofsd annotations (e. g. threadpool size) were disabled in CI as of 4.13 due to incompatibility with Rust virtiofsd.  The fix for virtiofsd is in progress, and when merged into OCP, the annotations should be re-enabled
