Goal

This is a follow-up epic to CNV-27928.

• Extend kubevirt-storage-checkup with additional helpful checks
• Improve storage alerts, reduce alerts noise and improve the runbooks with troubleshooting etc.
• Cluster periodic checkup - controller watching the read-only resources, and raising an alert if it finds something that looks wrong or suspicious. That way it integrates into the rest of the tooling we have and gives an early alert.
• Consider integration with Insights operator for OpenShift - integrate kubevirt-storage-checkup findings in the list of Insights recommendations for consistency with other products
• OpenShift doc team - add troubleshooting and recommendations for kubevirt-storage-checkup warnings or CDI alerts.
