      Description of problem:

Genoa cpu model support was added in BZ2094913
Requesting a backport of this newer cpu model to the EUS versions OpenShift Virtualization is using (qemu/libvirt).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13+ / 9.2.z

      Additional info:

The Genoa cpu model provides new AVX512 instructions that can be important for performance as well as a new "auto-ibrs" instruction. Without this new model support, default cpu-model behavior will fall back to Milan and emulate these instructions if an application uses them.
