Currently we use Cirros image for the service-mesh tests.

After encountering this bug (2230274) Jira: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-31896 , and further investigation from the devs, the image seems to be the issue.

We should change the image of service-mesh tests to use Fedora.
