Virtualization pages are crashed after upgrade OCP from 4.13 to 4.14

      Description of problem:

      Prepare CNV 4.13 cluster and upgrade the OCP version to 4.14, CNV version is still 4.13, the Virtualization pages are crashed with the error:

(0 , _openshift_console_dynamic_plugin_sdk_internal__WEBPACK_IMPORTED_MODULE_5__.useActiveNamespace) is not a function or its return value is not iterable

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13.5 - > 4.14

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Prepare CNV 4.13 cluster
2. Upgrade the OCP to 4.14
3.

      Actual results:

      Virtualization pages are crashed

      Expected results:

      Virtualization pages could be loaded normally
