Remove temporary data from VM disk image

      Utilize the usage of virt-sysprep to remove temporary data (e.g. SSH keys, MAC address, logs, etc). RHEL is the only one supported in downstream.

      Note: virt-sysprep does not currently work on Microsoft Windows guests. We plan to support Windows sysprepping in a future version, and we already have code to do it [1].
