Goal

As a RedHat Customer, I want to use CNV on ROSA.

This is to make sure CNV works on ROSA with Portworx
To align with ROSA SRE's team so CNV is not flagged as limited support, as component using "openshift*" namespaces.

Non-Requirements

Heavy testing - ROSA is no different from our other environments, so we will just do the basic here, installation, live migration.
