Goal

Add a dashboard to the QE CI jobs/lanes Grafana that will show KPI for the data collected from Jenkins and allow us to see if we are improving or not.

User Stories

• As a QE manager I would like to have a high level KPIs to inspect the different CI jobs/lanes and to determine if they are improving or not in order to make decisions.
