Some menu buttons flicker, short time after page loads. Many times it closes the open menu, which is not a big issue for the user, but effectively breaks automation. 
This relates to: 
1. "Create VirtualMachine" in Virtualization -> VirtualMachines
2. "Create MigrationPolicy" in Virtualization -> MigrationPolicies

often

1. Log in to cluster, create a new project
2. Navigate to Virtualization -> VirtualMachines
3. Open "Create VirtualMachine" menu

In about second, the menu closes by itself

Menu stays open until user/automation action - click, etc.

This happens only when the page is opened for the first time. 
After a couple of flickers does not happen anymore.
