Sort the instanceType list by the size of CPU and memory

      Description of problem:

      When selecting the InstanceType from the list, the list is not sorted, it should be sorted by the size of CPU and memory

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Catalog -> InstanceTypes
2. Try to select a different size from the instanceType
3.

      Actual results:

      the dropdown list is not sorted

      Expected results:

      the dropdown list is sorted by the size of CPU and memory
