VirtualMachine create menu confusing between the VirtualMachine and Catalog tabs

      Description of problem:

      Virtualization -> VirtualMachines -> Create lists the following actions:

- From Template
- From Volume
- With Yaml

However selecting `From Volume` takes you to:

Virtualization -> VirtualMachines -> Catalog -> InstanceTypes


The InstanceTypes tab needs to be renamed Volumes for the initial menu to make sense IMHO.
